The self designed products are a result of reaching the center of acknowledging the emotional filled journey that is truly unforgettable; which intersects with the dedication of encouraging mothers by reminding them of their strength, wisdom, and empowering them to flourish like the beautiful blossoms they are. Our sTORY

MamaRiseUp was founded by Linda Koroma, a first-time mom who struggled adjusting to motherhood and suffered from maternal health challenges that could have been avoided. After being introduced to a world that no one could have truly ever prepared for, she found herself struggling with work-life balance, feeling guilty or overwhelmed when it came to caring for her little one. After constant doubt as a mom and struggled with healing psychologically from a postpartum hemorrhaging diagnosis, Linda began to wonder how many other moms are suffering in silence with the same challenge(s)? What can help moms feel a little better throughout their day? And how she can play a part in the fight against maternal health issue within the United States? As a result, MamaRiseUp was formed. The hope of this small business is to help a struggling mom feel a little better throughout the day and take a stand for maternal health equality – Because we are rooting for you!
